There will be an amenity area, including such facilities as a tennis court, pavilion, children’s play facility and other attractions.
Cleveland Hall Estates is highly restricted regarding the quality and size of the houses as follows:
- Minimum living area of 2800 square feet for a one-story residence, or 3000 square feet living area for a story and a half or two-story residence is required.
