Guidelines
1. Minimum living areas
- Minimum living area of 2800 square feet with a two-car garage or 3000 square feet living area without a garage.
- House and lot prices range from $300,000 to over $400,000.
2. Plans and other improvements must be approved by the Cleveland Hall architectural review committee before commencement of construction. (For the application form for the architectural review committee, please click

3. All driveways to be concrete or such other surface as may be approved by the architectural review committee.
4. All utilities must be underground.
5. A homeowners association, activated in 2003, requires a fee of $40/mo. and will furnish the following services:
- Weekly garbage collection;
- Street lighting;
- Entrance landscaping, lighting and irrigation;
- Amenity area including a lighted tennis court, child's play area, picnic area and gazebo.
