WHAT REPAIRS QUALIFY AS EMERGENCIES?
The only repairs that qualify as emergency repairs are ones that threaten the safety of tenants or property, or repairs that can absolutely not wait until the next day.
The following are examples of repairs that would be considered emergancies
- Fire;
- Burst plumbing that produces an uncontrolable flow of water;
- Break-in which requires repair to the entrance door or lock to secure the property;
- Burst water heater;
- Sewer backing up into the property;
- Air conditioning repair if outside air temperature exceeds 75 degrees;
- Serious electrical problem other than tripped circuit breakers or blown fuses.

and a maintenance contractor will return your call promptly. Non-emergency calls will not be returned. Please contact our office during regular business hours (Monday thru Friday, 8:30a.m. through
4:30 p.m.) for non-emergency repairs.
