FOR NEW TENANTS
If you are a new tenant and have not moved into a BWE property yet, please download all of the files below individually. Each document is in Adobe Acrobat Reader Format (PDF). If you do not have a PDF viewer, visit the Adobe website to download a free copy.
After you obtain and install the viewer, click on the
name of the document that you need, and the viewer will open the document for you to read. The documents are small and will download to your machine quickly.
