How to Qualify
Make an appointment to view the rental property with one of our licensed property managers.
If, while viewing the property, you decide the unit is your new home, you may request an application and return envelope at that time.
The application may not be filled out at the property. It must be filled out completely and returned to Bryan Ward & Elmore Inc. by regular mail or by personal delivery, and it must include a $35-dollar application fee (check or money order please -- cash will not be accepted) for each person applying unless persons applying are married.
Upon receipt of your application, BWE Realty will review it. This process includes running a credit report and verifying the references included on your application. The process takes at least one
business day.
We will contact you as soon as we have made our decision on your application.
