Drive
by the property to ensure that you are comfortable with the
appearance, location, and surrounding
area; and then make
an appointment to view the property with
one of our licensed property managers. If, while
viewing the property, you decide the unit is
your new home, you may request an application
and return envelope at that time.
For
your convenience as well as ours, the
application must be filled out completely and
returned to BWE Realty LLC by regular
mail or by personal delivery, and it must
include a $50-dollar application fee (money order please -- cash will not be accepted).
One application must be submitted for each
person.
Upon
receipt of your application, BWE Realty LLC will
review it. This process includes running a
credit report, background check and verifying the references
included on your application. The process takes
at least two business day.
Your
application will be greatly appreciated and we
will contact you as soon as we have made our
decision regarding your application.
